Elxis CMS is an Open Source CMS that creates multilingual web sites, supports UTF-8 encoding, has multilingual administration environment, performs automatic translations. Supports multiple databases. Web based administration interface is also multilingual. At any moment you may switch to the language you wish. With Elxis you can change the look and feel of your web site, based on the selected language. You are not limited on just providing a translated version of your initial content. Elxis CMS features Access and User Managers. That way, you can create your own user groups and assign to them the rights you wish. It is a mechanism that allows you to create subscriptional or multilevel content web sites. Elxis introduces some new features like Tools, Login Screens and Bridges.
