This application is ideal if you have the need to distribute confidential files to individuals or an organization. Users are allowed to either view or download their files for later viewing. Through the File Admin administration page, create user names with passwords and then upload your files. Simply by checking off check boxes next to their names, select which of the users you created will have access to the files you previously uploaded. You can have as many users as you wish and they can either access all the files, or each can access their own confidential file. File Admin allows over a dozen different file formats from documents to videos and images. Please contact us if you have a format that you are unsure of if supported.
