The Content Management System you see here today started way back in late 2006. The script was built for a single clan and had no real plans in reaching the public. The script took nearly a year before completing its first stages of being considered a real clan CMS. In the year of 2007 the script was taking its toll on new features arriving at its doors. The script had expanded so much it was making the clan feel like there was really nothing more they could ask from the script. The clan founder and the founder of Operation: CMS talked and the public jumped into the conversation. Over a period of 3 months of serious thinking, the founder of the script decided to go public with the script. The founder took the rest of 2007 to make the script ready for the public and launch in mid 2008. Early 2008 the script started to see competition rising in a distance, but after carefully examine each companys script Operation: CMS still knew they had something the other clan CMS scripts didnt.
