spiderCount 1.2

spiderCount v1.2 is a simple image-based hit counter. This script increments a hit count every time it is called. The hit count is stored in a plain text file. It then outputs the count as a PNG image. The PNG image is generated using images of the digits 0-9. The user can begin the counter at any number. The user can also specify the minimum number of digits to display. The script will append leading zeroes until that number is reached. spiderCount is hard-coded to support the PNG image format only. However, it is easy to modify the script to work with another format. spiderCount includes sets of plain and fancy digit images. spiderCount also includes a file which outputs the current hit count without incrementing it.
