Major Features:

1. Markdown syntax for content
2. Supported databases: PostgreSQL and MySQL. SQLite is somewhat supported (database schema needs to be changed, but not the code).
3. LDAP logins: users can reside on a LDAP server

5. PHP Session data can be stored in the database
6. Embedded calendar calendar entries are equal to other wiki entries (and live in the same namespace)
7. Pages can be marked private, visible only to logged-in users
8. Descriptions can be attached to page edits
9. Page edits can be marked minor and thus not recorded in the history table
10. Arbitrary files can be attached to pages
11. RSS feed for public pages is available
12. History of changes is tracked
