Web Call Center is a tool for live support of web site visitors. It allows instant voice/text chat and files transfer between web site visitor and consultant.

To evaluate Web Call Center, do the following:

• Wait while you are being logged in;
• New web page with list of consultants will be opened;
• Call one of online consultants. To call push the “Call” button and wait 5-20 sec, till the connection with consultant is established and chat window is opened. In the chat window you can chat by voice and text.

1. Connection to consultant from web site is very simple. Web site visitor has to enter name in the special field and push the button. That’s all!
2. Web Call Center is client/server web application developed in Java. Client is a Java applet, server is Java application. Client applet can be easy integrated to any web site. To voice/text chat with the consultant (Call Center), web site visitor doesn't have to install any programs on his computer! Web Call Center is based on the Web Voice Chat.
3. The connection between client and consultant can be established as p2p or via server.
4. To integrate the Web Call Center to your web site you have to install client applet and server on your web server and add the applet call to the web page.
