Only keywords used to access a particular page are returned, which means that you will only ever get relevant keywords listed on each page. The most popular keywords appear at the top of the list (although you could easily alter this if you wanted to list them the other way around), and each keyword links to its corresponding Google query. (These links have the nofollow attribute set to avoid Page Rank leakage, and also open in a new window.)
